The Maine Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses is an association dedicated to the promotion of the highest standards of professional practice in the perianesthesia setting.
The Society promotes quality care for patients and their families through the sponsoring of professional education and by providing a statewide network of communication for nurses working in all phases of perianesthesia care.

No Spring Conference
In light of the difficult economic times, the MESPAN Board of Directors has made the decision not to hold a Spring Conference this year. We hope to see you all at our Fall Conference to be held October 31 and November 1 in Portland.
Installation of ASPAN President: Terry Clifford!
MESPAN's very own Terry Clifford will be installed as ASPAN President at the closing ceremonies of the ASPAN National Conference in Washington, DC on April 23, 2009. Congratulations to Terry! We wish you all the best and know you will be an outstanding President!
